Healthy support for victims of narcissistic abuse
Protecting your mental health is far more important than the need for payback against a blood sucking Narcissist.
A narcissistic personality disorder in a family member is always destructive.
With that being said, it is also extremely lonely as you have to protect your own mental health from a downfall.
Nobody believes you, and nobody cares. That’s when you stop caring about yourself.
In fact, they are sick of hearing your outrageous allegations you are claiming against your Narcissist.
Mental illness can quickly take the wheels on life
All in the midst of chaos, you are likely not feeling like yourself. Every day is a struggle.
It’s time to get help. Your mental health is at an all time low.
It’s not about being a man to just, “tough it out”. This is your life.
While women are three to four times more likely to attempt suicide than men, men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women
Did you know that 80% of all suicides are men?
Society has taught us to, “suck it up” and that is an experiment that has gone wrong.
The increase of suicides is clear cut proof that being the tough guy will only push you to a dark place. The unfortunate only option to end it all.
Narcissistic abuse will drive you mad
Word around town is that you are actually the abusing Narcissist, and it’s you who should go get your mental issues checked out right away.
Maybe you are crazy.
Not at all. However, you could end up in the loonie bin for real if you don’t get help.
Narcissistic abuse syndrome is a depressing hole of insanity that is not easy to get out of.
Mental illness trickles to the children
You only look through your gloomy narcissist revenge lenses while justifying your petty payback thoughts.
You selfishly force yourself to believe that your children are “okay” and “handling it well”
Okay, ill give you this…maybe they are handling it extremely well
Unfortunately, a self involved Narcissist will see everybody not following their abuse as a threat to their delusional mindset of, “all mighty”
Although they can happen at the same time, Physical and emotional attacks will happen to make sure people are put in their place.
- Parental alienation
- Physical abuse
Yes, murder. Psychopaths are not what you see on TV. Even so, they can function very well in society.
